Can I save flights, hotels and activities in one place?
Yes. Add flights, accommodation, transfers, activities, car hire and other costs to the same trip. Save dates, your quoted or estimated price, and a public provider link.
Does the planner automatically capture live widget prices?
Use our fare finder to save a recently found flight’s dates, price and provider link in one click. These are cached prices for one adult, not live quotes. Third-party hotel and transfer widgets still require you to add the selected details yourself.
Where is my itinerary saved?
Trips save on this device without an account. Sign in with ChatGPT to save your collection privately across devices. Keep a downloaded backup too: device-only trips can be lost if you clear browser storage.
Can I book everything from my itinerary?
Each saved item can link back to its provider, where you check the latest price and book separately. Saving a plan does not reserve anything. Mark an item booked only after you receive confirmation.
Can I compare different hotel or flight options?
Yes. Keep alternatives in the same trip and switch “Include in total” off for options you are not counting. Only included items contribute to the estimate.
How are different currencies handled?
The summary is in GBP. For a foreign-currency quote, enter your own estimated GBP conversion rate. The planner does not fetch live exchange rates or include bank fees automatically.
